A light colored, fast drying, no-staining adhesive for attaching trim fabric, upholstery cloth, floor mats and carpeting, kick pads, silencer pads and convertible tops to painted or bare metal, wood, KB board or other fabric. Also useful as a gasket adhesive to hold gaskets in place while assembling parts. For attaching vinyls, use 3M™ Vinyl Trim Adhesive, PN 8064.

Handling & Application Information Directions for Use
Clean surfaces to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, etc. This can be done with 3M™ General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner, PN's 8984, 8986, and 8987. Apply a thin coat of adhesive to each surface and allow to dry until it becomes quite tacky. Press surfaces together to insure intimate contact.

To bond thin weight fabric, apply adhesive only to metal or painted surface. Allow adhesive to dry, then
press fabric onto adhesive.

Cleanup - Excess adhesive may be removed with 3M™ General Purpose Adhesive Cleaner.

Applications Tacking into place of trim fabric, upholstery cloth, floor mats and carpeting. Holding gaskets in place while assembling parts.
Storage and Handling Store at room temperature. Rotate stock on a "first-in-first-out" basis. When stored at the recommended conditions in original, unopened containers, this product has a shelf life of 12 months.
